Ever been to The Malaya at Kings Wharf in Sydney?
If you haven't - get down there today! If you have, then you'd know all about their signature dish Kapitan Curry! It's a Panang style curry sauce made with fresh chilli and coconut milk with
lightly battered king prawns...[they do prawn, chicken and beef varieties]
I searched the internet looking for it. I was prepared to make it from scratch if necessary...
No need! Finally... here it is ... I have found it and it's in store now.
