Returns policy

The FLAVA website will be unattended from 29th February to 10th March. Please place any orders prior to 28th February for dispatch. Orders placed from the 28th February - 10th March will be dispatched Monday 12th March.

It is illegal in Australia not to offer refunds or credit on faulty or incorrect goods. Please read the following to understand both your and our rights as far as refunds go. These conditions are set down by the Dept of Fair Trading.

Refunds

Please choose carefully.

We DO NOT normally give refunds if you:

Simply change your mind, or
Make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit:

Where goods are faulty
Have been wrongly described
Are different from a sample shown to you, or
Do not do what they are supposed to do.
