The FLAVA website will be unattended until the 23rd January, whilst we move office.

Please note that no orders will be dispatched during this period. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It is illegal in Australia not to offer refunds or credit on faulty or incorrect goods. Please read the following to understand both your and our rights as far as refunds go. These conditions are set down by the Dept of Fair Trading.

We DO NOT normally give refunds if you:

Simply change your mind, or
Make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit:

Where goods are faulty
Have been wrongly described
Are different from a sample shown to you, or
Do not do what they are supposed to do.
