- How we operate
As a small Brisbane based business, we are restricted by space, especially for storage. To counter this problem we have the following procedures in place:
- If a product comes from interstate, we stock it ourselves. In the case of a product running out when ordered, it can take 7-10 days for stock to be replenished.
- If goods are from local distributors, we list them online and order from them as required to fill customer orders. In most cases, stock will be delivered to us within 24-48 hours. In the case of a distributor delivering on a set day each week, we will place all orders with them within the time frame required for that weeks delivery, and customers will be notified of such. You will be notified of any goods that are unavailable along with available actions (back-order, refund etc).
This is in your best interests, as by operating this way with local distributors, we can guarantee that goods will always be fresh, and have the longest possible use-by-dates.
Goods are always charged at the time an order is placed. This is to ensure that there are no payment problems, especially in regards to credit cards. As soon as payments are processed, orders are placed and the sale is finalised. We will notify you of any problems, and refunds are always issued without any hassles if that is your wish.
- NB - BILLING ADDRESS fields are for the address you have registered for your CREDIT CARD. DELIVERY ADDRESS fields are for details of where you want the parcel to go.

Orders
Orders can be placed online (Paypal) or offline (direct debit). For online orders, fill out all the required fields at the Paypal check-out. Use the 'COMMENTS' section to request any specific requirements for your order. We are sent an email from the site when an order is received, and the order is processed immediately. After your credit card transaction is processed and approved ALL details of the order are removed from the site. We DO NOT hold any customer details on line (see our privacy policy). If for any reason your credit card is declined, we will contact you to complete the sale otherwise.
Where GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies to a product, it is included in the marked selling price. GST will be listed as a separate item on all invoices.
Items that are marked 'Temporarily Out of Stock' can still be placed in your shopping cart. These will then be back-ordered, and automatically forwarded to you (at no additional cost) when stock comes to hand. Priority is always given to back-ordered products.
To place an order offline (direct debit), please email your order to with your email address or phone number. We will contact you to organise payment.
ALL orders are processed and posted within 48 hours provided all stock is on hand (see POSTAGE below for details).
Postage & Handling
Provided all goods are in stock, parcels are posted within 48 hours of your order being received. If items are out of stock, they are automatically back-ordered, and you will be notified of same. Delivery from that point is subject to product delivery from supplier - very prompt in nearly all cases. However, deliveries can take up to 10-14 days in the case of delays. Refunds or credits can be issued if this is not to your satisfaction.
All parcels go via Australia Post (priority post) unless they are too heavy to go through the system. Postage is calculated on weight. We are not responsible for shoddy handling by Australia Post (see "Terms and Conditions" under Policies).
Postage incurs GST.
Larger parcels (greater than 20kg) are sent via courier, and we will notify you of the additional charges incurred before processing your order. In most cases these will be anywhere from $30-$60 depending on weight and destination. Courier charges also incur a fuel levy, and have GST attached to them.
All postage rates quoted at the checkout are for postage WITHIN AUSTRALIA only. International postage charges will be notified to you before orders are processed.
HANDLING: The handling fee covers all the extras involved in processing an order - special orders, mailing boxes, packaging materials, labels, label envelopes, print costs, travel (to Post Office), customs forms etc. The cost is $3 within Australia, and up to $10 for overseas orders. For us to maintain a high standard of service, this charge is an essential part of order processing.
News Feeds
At the end of the address bar is an RSS icon. This is to show that a news feed is available from our site, which will feed any news items or supplier profiles directly to your computer when they are updated on our site.
By clicking on the icon you get an option to subscribe. You must subscribe personally - we cannot do it for you. You can opt out from the feeds at any time. News feeds are not available for all browsers. You will need IE 6 or higher, Opera, Safari or Firefox to subscribe.
