The FLAVA website will be unattended from 29th February to 10th March. Please place any orders prior to 28th February for dispatch. Orders placed from the 28th February - 10th March will be dispatched Monday 12th March.

When ordering from Flava...
Postage has to be completed for the order to be accepted by the online checkout service on both sites.
Currently processing of orders is done OFF-LINE, and we will notify you of the single postage rate for both orders. However in the coming weeks, this site will have full merchant facilities and payments can be made securely by Visa or Mastercard - online.
Postage & Handling
Parcels are posted within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. If items are out of stock, they are automatically back-ordered, and you will be notified of same. All goods up to 5kg are sent via Australia Post with most major cities being 'next day delivery'. Regional centres may take 2-3 days.

- 3kg to 5kg $22.00
- 5kg + by courier - please email for an exact quote.

At Flava, we use two delivery methods. Australia Post for goods under 5kg and door to door courier for all parcels over 5kg in weight. Whilst all care is taken in the packaging of our products, in the case of poor handling by Australia Post - we are unable to replace goods that are lost or broken in transit. (See "Terms and Conditions" under Policies)For any breakable products, we recommend you specify delivery by courier.
Postage incurs GST.
International Postage
International postage is more expensive and depends on the size of your order. Please feel free to email us for a postage quote prior to placing your order.
All parcels overseas go by SAL.
Most parcels are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Handling Fee
The handling fee covers any extras involved in processing an order - special orders, mailing boxes, packaging materials, labels, label envelopes, print costs, travel (to Post Office), customs forms etc. The cost can range from $3-$5 within Australia, and up to $10 for overseas orders. For us to maintain a high standard of service, this charge is an essential part of order processing.
Wrong goods delivered
In the case of your order being filled incorrectly, please email and we will arrange for pick of of the goods and immediate dispatch of new goods.
Recycled Packaging.
Wherever possible, we recycle boxes, bubble wrap, styrofoam chips, tissue paper and newspapers in packing our goods for despatch.
